A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. If your appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, we will require a 50% deposit to book future appointments.
Retail & Re-Do Policy
We strive to offer the highest level of satisfaction to all of our guests. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please reach to us within 7 days. We are happy to work with you to find a solution. Retail product may be returned for store credit within 7 days. We do not process refunds on completed services. Re-Dos will not be offered at a free or discounted rate if the color is damaged due to poor aftercare practices. Your stylist will provide you with a list of recommendations for proper aftercare at the time of your appoinment.
