Pick Up Orders

Pick Up Orders from our online shop are usually ready within 24 hours Monday-Friday and select Saturdays. Ashley or Jessie will text when your order is ready.

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE

AT LEAST 24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations, reschedules, and appointment changes. This gives your stylist the opportunity to rebook your time slot. A 50% deposit is required for first time clients in order to secure the appointment. This deposit will be applied to your first appointment. In the event that the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or changed in LESS than 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited and non-refundable. A new 50% deposit will be required in order to schedule a future appointment. If the appointment is cancelled, changed, or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice, the deposit will move to the new appointment.

For existing clients, we offer a 1 time exception to the updated cancellation/reschedule/change policy. If an appointment is cancelled/rescheduled/changed a second time in under 24 hours, a 50% deposit will be required in order to schedule a future appointment.

Retail & Re-Do Policy

We strive to offer the highest level of satisfaction to all of our guests. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please reach to us within 7 days. We are happy to work with you to find a solution. Retail product may be returned for store credit within 7 days. We do not process refunds on completed services. Re-Dos will not be offered at a free or discounted rate if the color is damaged due to poor aftercare practices. Your stylist will provide recommendations for proper aftercare at the time of your appoinment.
