 AT LEAST 24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations, reschedules, and appointment changes. This gives your stylist the opportunity to rebook your time slot. A 50% deposit is required for first time clients in order to secure the appointment. This deposit will be applied to your appointment. In the event that the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or changed in LESS than 24 hours, the deposit is forfeit and non-refundable. A new 50% deposit will be required in order to schedule a future appointment. If the appointment is cancelled, changed, or rescheduled with 24 hrs notice or more, the deposit will move to the new appointment.

What to Expect

Your boutique salon experience will begin when you walk in the door at 109 Lake Ave, Suite 103. You'll walk through the doors of a cute, upscale boutique featuring women's clothing and accessories. Feel free to browse before or after your appointment, or while your color processes! We offer complimentary bottled water to all guests at the beginning of your visit. Notice that your device is low on battery? No worries! Universal chargers are available for your use during your appointment!​Your appointment will begin with a consultation to talk about your hair goals. This will include a thorough history of any chemical services done to your hair in the last 2 years, a "before" picture, and a brief discussion of suggested maintenance for your new look. Next we will begin your service, and finish with a full blowout and style. Finally, we will take your "after" picture to document your transformation, and prebook your next maintenance visit.​You receive a text and/or email confirmation for your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel you can do so through your Vagaro account under the appointments tab.​
